We are just off an exciting (well it was for us) July 31 Day Daily Extend Challenge, and have reset the system for a new theme in August.

Like last year, this final month of summer for the Daily Extend has a Back to School theme. We are asking you in this month to think and share about how the tools, resources, strategies you explore for these activities can be adapted, incorporated into your designs for teaching or your own learning when the next round of classes start up.

The leaderboard has been reset (and no surprise, some familiar names are already 3/3). We are stocking up a new series of Extends, one new one each day. Feel no Sergeant Hulka pressure to do them all, even if you try one, you might gain something to use.

What effect can doing the Daily Extends have one you? Let one of our participants answer:

Got an idea for a new Extend? We are eager to add them to the schedule, just share your ideas here.
