Egg free pancakes (Gluten free too!)

I recently modified this recipe to fit my dietary needs.   Ingredients 1 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup of milk 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp honey Coconut oil for cooking   Equipment Mixer Bowl or large measuring cup Spatchula   Directions I like to keep things simple. A healthy alternative to pancakes that my kids love.
